Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into a sporting family. Although her father worked as a bodybuilder, her siblings also played activities like ice hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Her professional card was issued after she won NPC USA Championships. However, she began her journey in 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she was ranked ninth. She maintained a ninth-place finish for the year 2015. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been consistently improving her performance since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive show at WOS's Rising Phoenix competition, and was 4th overall in 2020. The "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop bodybuilding for health-related reason.
